Learn practical skills for managing your illness and share support with fellow patients in our low-cost self-management course, offered four times a year.
Creating Your Plan Course
Guidance in developing an individualized, self-management plan. Includes extensive discussion of pacing. Offered quarterly. (Prerequisite: Introductory Self-Help Course.)
Living Your Plan Course
Quarterly course on implementing a self-management plan. (Prerequisites: Introductory Self-Help and Creating Your Plan Courses.)
Alumni Discussion Group
Open-ended discussion group for graduates of introductory class. Focus on monthly topic related to how to manage long-term illness.
