Living Your Plan Course
Quarterly course on implementing a self-management plan. (Prerequisites: Introductory Self-Help and Creating Your Plan Courses.)
Alumni Discussion Group
Open-ended discussion group for graduates of introductory class. Focus on monthly topic related to how to manage long-term illness.
Treating CFS & Fibromyalgia Self-Study Course
Develop an individualized treatment plan in this self-paced, online self-study course. No prerequisites.
